NFTY-STR Spring Kallah

Celebrate, Laugh, Engage. Spend an amazing weekend with your NFTY-STR community. Be prepared to participate in creative programs, meet new people and learn something new about yourself. Spring Kallah promises to be a wonderful event filled with laughter, community, trust and friendship.

Get excited for interactive program experiences, enjoy shira, install the 2020-2021 Regional Board and bid our seniors farewell.

This event is open to 8-12 graders!

Early Bird: $165 USD
Register by Wednesday, January 8, 2020

Regular: $190 USD
Register by Wednesday, February 5, 2020

Space Available: $210 USD
Register after Wednesday, February 5, 2020 (must be approved by the regional director)

This event is open to any Jewish teen in grades 8 to 12.

  • Meals included in the cost of the event.
  • Teens are expected to participate in the entire event. Fees are set at a full package rate and unfortunately we cannot prorate registration.
  • All fees are in US Dollars
NFTY-STR does not organize transportation please reach out to your Youth Professional. Teens are not permitted to drive themselves to and from an event or to a bus stop/synagogue before or after the event. All teens must be dropped off and picked up by a parent, guardian, or an adult. This is NFTY policy to ensure the safety and well-being of our teens.

If you do not belong to a Youth Group, please remember that NFTY-STR does not organize transportation to or from Regional Events.

Please be sure that is added to your approved email list so that you receive all important email updates!

Participants are expected to bring both Shabbat and casual clothing, and are encouraged to bring spending money for NFTY items and travel. Please leave valuables at home. Do not bring jewelry, electronic devices or large amounts of cash. Each participant is responsible for his/her belongings. NFTY, the Union for Reform Judaism, Union affiliated congregations, and bus companies used by NFTY are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If you need to cancel, the registration fees you paid will be refunded as follows:

Through January 31, 2020 – 90%

Through February 7, 2020 – 75%

Through February 14, 2020 – 50%

After February 14, 2020 we will not be able to issue any refunds for cancellation. If you have a documented medical emergency and must cancel after February 14, 2020 you will be refunded 75% of the registration fees you paid.

All cancellation must be in writing. We will accept cancellations by email to We’re sorry, but we cannot accept cancellations over the phone. Please allow up to six weeks after the conclusion of the event for your refund to be processed.
